Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our BMX and road bike components. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of handlebars, shifters, tires, or other cycling gear, we offer a simple returns process.
Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Saddles & Seats – Due to hygiene concerns if installed or used
- Tires – If mounted or showing signs of use
Any items not in their original condition or damaged due to misuse cannot be returned.
